Pics from the most recent November 20th, 2010 WXW event! I am the current WXW Heavyweight Champion (in white tights on left), and Daulton Kelly, the WXW Hardcore Champion.
The WWE paid a visit this past Tuesday (8/29/06) to the Wild Samoan Professional Wrestling Training Center! WWE Director of Talent John Laurinaitis and members of his team were on hand to scout the impressive array of talent Afa has trained at his school. I wish my friends the best of luck! I have no doubt “Johnny Ace” saw the great talent that competes week after week for Afa’s WXW.
I would like to congratulate fellow Wild Samoan Training Center graduate and friend “Smooth” Tommy Suede for signing a Developmental Contract with the WWE! Tommy is extremely talented, in great physical condition, and a great human being. I worked along side Tommy for many years in Afa the Wild Samoan’s WXW. After years of training, dedication and determination, Tommy achieved his dream. However, this is only the beginning of a promising career. I know Tommy will be successful because of his love for professional wrestling and the high quality of training he received.
Tommy and I trained with Afa the Wild Samoan, a former 3-time WWF Tag Team Champion with his brother Sika. Afa runs the #1 Professional Wrestling Training Center in the world. Afa continues to train the best talent. And after you go through Afa’s school, you are prepared for anything. POPS, as he is known to his students and friends, continues to create stars. POPS has trained so many stars, there are too many to list here. A few are Dave Bautista, The Rock, The Great Samu, Gene Snitsky, Rikishi, Billy Kidman, and now Tommy Suede.
Afa’s school motto is, “We train you, brain you, and make fame of you”. The lessons I learned from training with POPS extend beyond professional wrestling; they are life lessons. I have acheived success in the business world, as well as in wrestling. My wrestling training prepared me for all that.
Time and time again Afa has proven that with time, training and dedication, he can indeed make fame of you. If you happen to live in the Northeast, do not miss WXW’s shows because you very well may be looking at the stars of tomorrow. If you are thinking about becoming a professional wrestler, there is no better school on earth!
Good Luck Tommy, you deserve it!
